He's been in my home 4 times, and he is absolutely top-notch. Josh has been with McCoy Plumbing 20 years, and I hope he’ll be there another 20, because I don’t ever want to call anyone else. I've been using McCoy Plumbing since we moved back to Charlotte in 2012. They are extremely reliable, honest, fair, and responsive. I've used them probably 15-20 times. Because they are family owned and operated, I'm never left wondering who the technician will be. Today, it was Josh. He was good as usual. We had a water filter system installed very quickly.

I have nothing but great things to say about Rick at McCoy Plumbing. We had a blocked sewage pipe and Rick called me, walked me through how to troubleshoot the issue and helped to identify the problem was the cities responsibility. The other companies I called were ready to send a crew to rip up my yard and charge me 10k+. This type of customer service is hard to find these days. I can’t say enough good things about McCoy. I called with an emergency leak under my house and they came out within 2 hours. Their techs quickly diagnosed the problem and called me while under the house to explain what had happened and the repairs that needed to be done (replaced pressure switch). The repair was done quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable price (much cheaper than I expected). They will be my go to plumbers from now on. Highly recommend!

I would like to share with everyone that I am very pleased and happy with McCoy Plumbing. Josh Thompson came to the rescue! I had an emergency problem with my water line around 6:30pm. I was so worried that nobody will be available after office hours. I called the number and Rick, the owner answered my call and immediately send Josh to help me.
